I came across these chocolates in the April Martha Stewart catalog and I can’t wait to try one!  Made in Philadelphia by a husband & wife team, John & Kira’s strive to promote positive social change.  For example their fresh mint is grown in an urban school garden program in Philadelphia that teaches students about nutrition & agriculture.  Their ginger comes from a biodynamic & organic farm from Molokai, Hawaii.  John & Kira’s are mostly sold in the Philly area, but can be shipped to make an awesome Easter/Mother’s Day gift or just an sweet treat for yourself!
